Default newbie here

Hello folks, I just found this thread. I am new to the hunting thing but thankfully not to Christ. I have gone a little wayword over the last 20 years but recently found my way back.

Why does it take a down turn in life before we accept the fact that we must return? Anyway, looking forward to reading, learning and appreciate your all strength in the lord!

I took up bow hunting at the age of 51 a couple of years ago. Therefore, I am the oldrookie around here. Goin to try my first turkey hunt in a couple of weeks. Been practicing with the slate....we shall see.

Welcome brother. Good to see another bow hunter. Bow are very addicting. I've been shooting over 40 years. I'm from Texas, but I'm in Atlanta for three weeks for business. The first thing I packed was my Bible and my bow.
