If theThieves, Prostitutes and Renegades have Repented and have been Baptized into Christ and been Added to his church. They may be saved. However, no one knows their Hearts/Minds. Grace is offered to EVERYONE (Its simply unmerited Favor) These others could be Lost as well.

If I was going to put a Catch All Phraise... the Bible says we are Saved by Hope...Wouldn't that be nice? And its True we are saved by the Hope in Christ!
