Howdy all, it's good to be back home.I went straight from the Doxctor'd office to the hospital so didn't get a chance to explain my absence...i was in the hospital 11 days because my legs and hips were retaining fluids and i could hardly breath..i seem to be doing ok now but will have to wait and see if the buildup happens again..
thank you all for the cards and calls and especially your prayers as they are greartly appreciated..as most of you know i am soon to be 79 years old..I have had avery rare form of cancer of the bone marrow for 7 years now..there is no cure for it but it is not considered terminal..it's call Waldenstroms disease..both Mitrel valves in my heart are going bad and i have acute conjestive heart failure and my kidney function is about half what it should be..
God has been good to me in all phases of my life so as i go into the twilight of my life, rejoicing, and praising him fo all He has done.
so thanks again for everything!!! you are a great bunch of guys..God Bless

Welcome back motor! I'm glad to hear you're home and doing better. I expect to be down your way this week. My father-in-law (who has bone marrow cancer as well) should be going home to be with the Lord today or tomorrow from all indications. He may be there as I write this.. . .we'll be there soon after.
Not sure what my schedule will be while we're there, but I'd sure like to see if we can finally meet this time.

It good to know that your home. He is God in the good times and he is God in the bad times. He is God on the mountian top, and he is God in the valley. Brother I am sure you already have found out that in the midst of lifes greatest storms, his anchor holds secure. What a friend we have in Jesus.
