Default Belief more important than action?

Consider all of the people who live in the remote regions of the world who have never even heard the "gospel" of Jesus Christ. Consider the people who have naturally adhered to the religion of their parents and nation as they had been taught to do since birth.

If we are to believe the Bible, all of these people will perish in the eternal fire for not believing in Jesus. It does not matter how just, kind, and generous they have been with their fellow humans during their lifetime: if they do not accept the gospel of Jesus, they are condemned.

So, are one's beliefs more important than one's actions?

If we believe the bible, we must believe Titus 2:11 For the Grace of God which bringeth salvation hath appeared unto all men.

Snooky, but what if when God's salvation appears to them, they perceive it to be from the god of the religion they have always known?

In the first place, is a God who cared enough about us to send his own Son to suffer and die for us, gonna send people to eternal torment just because they didn't get the announcement? Of course not!

In the second place, if there's only one God, and there can be only One, people may call Him by a different name, and they may worship Him in different ways. But we are all worshipping the same God, because there is only One. It's so obvious, even a cave man could understand it.

John 5:22

[22] For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:

John 8:15

[15] Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man.

A person's belief as in accepting Christ as our savior is more important than our actions. We are saved by faith and cannot make it through good works alone. Having said that, I don't know that I can completely answer the question you've posed. Yes, a person has to accept Christ as their savior to enter heaven. But as somebody else has already pointed out, how do I know that God hasn't sent his Holy Spirit to these people and offered them the opportunity to accept Christ as their savior? I don't. I also don't have any idea of how many people around the world have been exposed to Christ by missionaries and other people sharing their christian faith with them. Probably a lot more than I can imagine.

The Son is Christ and judges Christians, not Buddhist's nor Hindu's or any others.

John 3:16

[16] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Again, this is refering to Christians, Belevers of Christ!

Does the Bible not say that the only way to Heaven is through accepting Jesus?

Why is it so hard for you to understand?

John 3:17-18
[17] For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
[18] He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
