Default Why am I posting in this forum

I have been a member of this site since it's beginning, my member number is 76 but have posted and readhere very, very little. I accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as my Saviour way back in1990 but have been on the fence about practicingthe way he wants me to lead my life ever since I had to leave Md and my church to move to NJ and now to Delaware. I drifted as we were unable to find a church of our liking. Having met DaveH at the very 1st HNI get together and hunting with him the last few yearswe have become good friends and he hasmade me realize (unbeknown to him)how I have strayed. So I come here to learn and practice what I learnin hopes it will make me a better person.

Hi Rickmur!!!! Good to hear from ya! I'm doing the same right now, looking for a good congregational fit for me. There is one non-denominational church that I keep gravitating to, I really feel good there. Gotta go, guessWHO'S calling!!!

hey rick, your a good guy, and its easy to tell from your post, lots of us were/are fence walkers...

there are just a good group of folks that love the Lord....

stop in anytime..take in a little, like a guy i listen to on the radio says "how do you eat an elephant, one bite at a time"
