Default Sunday Sermonette

Good morning all, how ya doing? had some rain here today and it's 76* now so looks like a great week-end coming up..please pray for,Michael's recovery, Dave's father in law, Brian and Baily,Rev's grandson Elisha and pray for one another as i know all of us need prayer..

Father we do thank you for this another opportunity to gather around your Word and may it be a blessing to all..we pray for those who are sick and discouraged that you will reach down your loving ams and comfort them as only you can do..thank you again for we pray in Jesus name and for his sake..Amen.

And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.
And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.
And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.
Rev.10:8-11 kjv..

Is it sweet to you my Christian friend , when you look around and see the drunks, the dopers, the gamblers, the harlots, the liars, the thieves, the murderers? I see them or read about them everyday here in Sanford..you know if the rapture took place today they would be left behind is that sweet? as believers we know that the wages of sin is death and all that are lost will go to an everlasting torment in a lake of fire..if we are truely a child of God that is not sweet, it is bitter, extremely bitter..May God help you and me to go after the lost as we have never done before..God help us to be soul winners to warn the lost of their destiny..As children of God, we have something to be very excited about in what the Son of God has done for us. also there should be heaviness that goes along with that excitement because there will be judgment and this will be a very sad time. you and I have our sins forgiven because we have accepted the gift of God offered up in His Son, but there is a large number of people who will reject the freely given gift. now many of these people are not murders, thieves or drug dealers, but they are the people who live on our block, we work with them and we read about such individuals daily who do wonderful things for others. yet it is not what good things I have done or I gave away 90% of my money to poor or donated an organ to a needy person, but what have I done with Jesus? each individual will placed against the the mark of excellence and MUST come up perfect in every way to be accepted. there has only been One Individual that has been like that or will ever be like that and it is the Man God, Jesus Christ. so yes, been excited and joyful, but also remember there will be a day of judgment that unless you have the Perfect Mediator, it will be all for naught. allow the Spirit of God to open your heart to what God has for each of us.and share the good news to those who hve no hope..
Thank you Father for your Son Jesus who went the cross and gave his life for my sins..And Father it is my prayer if there is one here that is lost and without hope that this will bw the day of their salvation..in Jsus name and for his sake i pray, Amen..
