I cannot type much right now. I am having a little trouble focusing and am in some pain. I ask for your prayers because I was in a head on collision this morning. They believe I am ok, but since I had neck surgery not long ago, and I am in considerable pain, they want me in the hands of my Neurosurgeon in Little Rock to make sure. Lots of body aches, and my truck is toast. A guy that works for the same company I work for crossed the center line , at work and on plant property , and hit me. He was going 45 or so. I saw him coming and just about got my truck stopped. They said my winch bumper saved me.

Sorry to hear of your injuries Michael. Sounds like the Lord had His hand on you tho. I will remember you in my prayers.
I heard a message this morning about how God has put men in circumstances in the past to set them apart and away from everybody. I'm praying that you heal quickly and that your convelesance(sp) will be fruitful.

Thanks to all. In a fair amount of pain. Thank the Lord for Drugs. Sleeping a lot. Have to see my Neurosurgeon on 25 th and go through all the tests again. MRI's x-rays and CT's. Neck hurts, hopefully nothing seriously damaged. Don't know when I'll get gack to work, hopefully not long. Please pray for my healing.
Please also pray for the guy that hit me. He was not hurt in the accident, but I found out he had another accident about 2 weeks ago, and supposedly as of yesterday .... he is fired. Jobs are scarce in these times. I feel bad for him and his family. His name is John. He was careless, but he did not do it on purpose. He came to me at the hospital and apologized for the wreck and for my injuries. I know he feels bad. My injuries will heal, but his family is suffering now.
I love that you can think of your co-worker in times like this. I don't know you real well (or as well as you can on a computer) but I have always admired your gentle HEART and compassion. You and your family along with your co-worker and his family will be in my prayers. God bless, and get plenty of fluids and rest. Keep us posted.
