Default it's kinda funny but awesome none the less

Quick story. For years my friend Mike and I were the best of buds. Growing up we did alot together. As we got older we did alot of sinning together. Man we were close. Then we both got married and the wives ( who were friends) had a big falling out and we havent' talked since 1999. Well alot has changed since then. I found my way to LORD with wife in hand, and occasionally I would hear of things he had done that we used to do together. I would pray for him and Ask GOD to lead mike to him. Well to make a long story short on Monday night my wife and I were just playing with our 4 month old twins when a wrap at the door startled us. I went to answer it and low and behold it was Mike and his Family. I invited him in and with head hung low he walked in. Well the wife and his wife went into one room and his daughters 8 and 12 went straight to my boys to play so
Mike and I had a cup of coffee ( which would have been beer back when I knew the old mike). We talked for a while then I asked what was eating at him? His reply rocked my existance. He said he hasd been searching for GOD for years but never knew how to do it. He told me stories of his sins and how they made him feel horrible. He told me how he sees me and My wife and can tell how happy we are and he wants that for his own family. So I stopped him. I told him that GOD hasbeen waiting for him longer then he has for GOD. I took his hand and we prayed. After several minutes of praying his oldest daughter grabbed my other hand and asked to talk to GOD also. Well to shorten this story the whole family and my wife and I help lead them to GOD.

I know it is early and I know several people do this for lip service but I know Mike to well. He did it. He and his family found GOD. I invited them to go to church with us on Sunday and tomm. Mike and I are going to a men's fellowship together. Man it's great to have mY FREIND back and I know it's for good this time.

thanks for reading and if you could, Pray for Mike, Tammy, Chelsea, and Erinthat they will continue to letGOD'S grace and love raqin down upon thrier lives and give them the blessings we all have found.
