Anyone ever heard of the fish called, "Croaker", they actually croak, you hear them croak when you catch them, and put them in the container, sure taste great, tough, we caught some, and ate them when we were fishing in Virginia, near Yorktown, right next to the naval base.

Yep, Some are caught here occasionally but are considered a "trash fish". I was told they had too many bones. . . .say they are good eating huh?

If you filet them properly, and they're big enough, they're extremely tasty, when you batter andfry them.
