Default Wfere in the Bible does it say....

that man should take Gods creatures (animals), respect them or keep them "clean" and consume them?

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hello Uncle Matt.

The hunting/eating animals of this ageis just one of the many blessings God has given us.

In the age to come there will be no hunting/killing.

Thanks
Mr-Pirk

"1 And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth.
2 And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered.
3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things." Genesis 9:1-3

"10 And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance,
11 And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending upon him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth:
12 Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.
13 And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat.
14 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.
15 And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common." Acts 10:10-15

"3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer." 1 Timothy 4"3-5

Jesus himself ate meat(lamb) at the passover meal, and he also ate fish..

"42 And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.
43 And he took it, and did eat before them." Luke 24:42-43

hope this helps. rest assured you can eat whatever you want, if it's legal that is..
