I heard Jesus He drank wine and I bet we'd get along just fine.
For me..the questions are written for folks who beleive they have arrived or folks who are complacent in their walk. Their is not a man on earth who can pass that test in all areas...thus the reason that we all have a need for Christ..Paul said"There is nothing good in me." Jesus said "There is none good but my Father which art in Heaven." What makes us right is faith in Christ Jesus..."For ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God." None the less..there is certainly nothing wrong with strong convictions..The problem is ..is when we try and put those convictions on others and eventually become judges of evil thoughts.
God bless,

Here are a couple of interesting facts I had learned about Wesley in the past..
A. his wife frequently would drag him around the long hair of either his head or beard around the house. It seems he had his own "Thorn of the flesh"[:-]
B. He fasted twice a week ..till he began feeling prideful..then he made it 3 times a week.
c. Some one once came to Wesley and questioned him about lust. He replied." Alas, you will fight that to your last breath on your death bed."
Certainly he had a heart driven to please God and he and Charles have touched millions with the gospel..I was raised Methodist and ministered for 5 years in the Methodist church. It wa a wonderful experience. That particuliar church was very open and a rathr sweet body of beleivers. My details were some pulpit preaching , music ,Sunday school teacher , childrens' churchand a Wed.adult Bible study. After the 5 years they swithched pastors which resulted in a terrrible split. What a shame..[X(]
If I had to take that test today, I would fall short. I find myself constantly falling short.
