Hello you all, and it is my prayer that all is well at your house..I've had a kind of a rough week health wise but God has seen me through it all and i praise him for all He does..what a wonderful God, Amen..please lift me up in your prayers that i will have the strength and the desire to serve him till He calls me home..I know some of you need our prayers, especially oldone's son Ryan and others who are going through some trying times..
Father we come before you today with humble hearts, thanking you that you are our one and only true God..thank you for your marvelous love and mercy and yes, for your long suffering toward us, wretched sinners that we are..but most of all we thank you for your Son Jesus who came to this old earth and died for our sins that we might have eternal life in Heaven..truly dear God how great thou art..And Father we pray that you will give the doctor's wisdom and they will take care of Ryan..we thank you and love you and it's in Jesus name and for his sake we pray, Amen..
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
To be a child of God we have to walk in righteousness and truth,and to be a person of faith. For we hear over and over that the one who is in God will walk by faith and in so doing, will honor God in what is going on in their lives. I think at times we are looking at some very large and maybe dangerous action, but if we must first learn to trust God in the small things that come toward us day by day. As see how He provides for us in these circumstances, then if tomorrow there is a large and most dangerous action required by us, then we step forward in faith knowing that He will be with us through all things. Again it easier to talk about, but it is not talk that God is requiring, but faith in our heavenly Father as we walk the path He has for us. He will provide for His children and we are told to walk by faith as God directs down the paths that will make us more like Jesus.. the Apostle Paul writes, I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Romans 12:1-2 KJV.
Now more than ever, being a christian means being a living sacrfice to God..it is far more importent to be transformed to God's will than on the sacrifices we have made..God's people can perish for the lack of knowledge..It is in the renewing of our minds that keeps us transforming and not perishing but living and showing God's hope to the ones around us..by the world's standards Christianity has little meaning, i believe you will agree with me on that..so then we as true believers need to dig deep into our souls and into the scriptures to understand our belief..we need to defend that belief or readjust our selves to what we are learning from the Word of God..let's do less arguing and more studying of God's precious Word and i'm sure it will make things a lot better for all..
Father thank you again for your Word and may it bring us closer to you.. and Father as always, if there is anyone here that is lost may this be their day of salvation..in Jesus name i pray amen..

Bro Motor, I'm bad to read some of these posts and forget to respond. As usual this message was a blessing. I read it as soon as you posted it , copied it, and saved it to my "Motor Folder" just like I have every other sermonette you've posted. Their all jewels and I have saved every one. Folk like you and Reb who are faithful to contribute consistantly strictly for the purpose of edifying gives this site a deminsion that is sorely needed. Thanks.
