A little over a week ago I went to a local hospital, Bay medical. I had a heart cathorization done and the doctor found a Major blockage of the aeorita<sp?> it was at least 95 percent blocked and he took pictures of it. It was serious enough that he wanted to bring in a specialist to do the angioplast and put a medicaided stint in.
The following morning the specialist comes in and talks with me about the film of the blockage and explains the procedure. They take me down and go in to do the procedure. The doctor stops makes some very weird faces and they pull out and several cardiologist go into the room to confer. They had two pictures of the same spot one day apart. the first day it was at least 95 percent blocked. The second day it was ZERO percent blocked. The problem is this type of blockage does NOT MOVE. It does not go away on it's own and is very difficult to disolve even with meds. and that takes a long time.....
The nurses I had were amazed they told me that a total of 17 cardiologist had went and looked at the film. All of them come up with the same thing. THEY JUST DIDN'T UNDERSTAND. I told them I just knew a better doctor. It was great to get a chance to witness to doctors. My pastor and several other pastors who are close friends of mine accused me of using ANYTHING as a chance to witness to unbelievers. GOD IS WONDERFUL!!!!!!!
Side note Contruction at our church has progressed amazingly fast. We were reduced to having to teach the older youth outside when we ran out of room to put everyone. Several of the other churches have stepped up in a HUGE way to help us on the building. We were expecting to slowly build on the space we needed as we could afford it. God seems to have had other plans. Four churchs in theassociation stepped up immediately to help, two more the leadership of the churchs have already come out and wanted to know how they could be apart of it and will vote on how they can plug in to help us tonight.
Tonight's service at church was a mixture of Joy, Love, and Reverance for God. To watch God work in my life personally and with our church I feel sort of like I have caught a glimpse of God's Glory. If you have ever been in a service and just felt like you wanted to get on your face before the lord and thank him for hours with tears streaming down your face Because GOD IS SOOOOO GOOOOD you can sort of understand what I mean. I just wanted to take a moment to share my personal blessing and the blessings that he has given our church with my friends here. Sorry to be so long winded.
