Default Prayer request

I guess a bridge just collapsed during rush hour on a major highway going over the Mississippi River in Minneapolis about an hour ago. Sounds like there was a school bus full of kids involved.

Yep, at least 50 cars went into the mississippi river, 20 construction workers were on the bridge, a bus with kids on it where all seem ok, but many injured with yet unknown number lost yet. I am glad I do not choose to take 35 home, but really feel shocked, as who knows what will be the end outcome.

I saw that on the news last night -- tragic.

This morning, the news said that they would begin rescue/recovery operations again at daybreak. There were 7 confirmed dead with at least 20 missing. There is video of the actual collapse according to radio news reports.

Prayers sent from here too.

Prayers from here too. We are an hour from there, and I couldn't count how many times I have been on that bridge. I am glad that all of the children were fine, with the exception of them being very shaken up. I was glad to see there were so many that were willing to stop and help until the officials got there.
