God is soawesome man. Last week when we thought we were moving I put 2 of my guitars in the newspaper..Previous I've been desiring to meet another Christian brother who played bluegrass...there are many folks who play bluegrass but not sincere Christians who play bluegrass gospel. A Church of God man called and came to my house. He ended up buying one of my best guitars..He played very well..diffently advanced picker.He loves God and invited me to check out his church.He said call anytime you want to play guitars together. We played "I'll Fly Away." when he was checking my guitar out.Really nice 60 some year old man.

The Lord will always provide! That one is a hard one isn't. But the up side of it is when we finally figure it out we praise Him that much more. Good news!

I sincerely beleiove that God is involved in every aspect of our lives. He who controls the entire universe , knows how many hairs that are on our heads and every sparrow that falls...he cares for us.nothing gets by him..This is one reason I don't get bent out of shape when someone offends me...God will deal with each of us immediately...He also blesses each act done in faith and love {When done in secret}that's the secret.
The man..Bill called back later to reming me that he wants to play. I play about 2 hoursa day but would love top start a bluegrass gospel group. This man is very sharp...and has a sincere Christ like spirit about him.Thanks for rejoicing with me Katrina,

I kinda know where you're at on this on chuck! In college, it seems everyone "plays" 90% of the "players" are no better than me. (That means, they aren't that great at all! lol). And then when you do find one that is a christian (I mean sincere...again, 90% are "christains"...but they aren't) all he's interested in is playing straight C-D-G chords and trying to sound like Shane and Shane or Tomlin or Crowder or Jeremy Camp.

Hey Alex,
I've got a couple of nice ones I play for my self...Martin and an Elete Ovation..I'm not selling those. I'm selling a couple of beginner type guitars that I had bought for my sons. One was an acoustic Sigma Martin I had picked up off of ebay. I replaced the plastic saddle with a bone saddle .It's a 70s model with no scratches...I even threw in a hardcase.I sold it for 200.00 ..nice action and decent tone.
My other one I bought as a backup for when I was playing at church. It's electric/ acoustic. It's some Newyork made guitar called a Roselli ...sounds nice when played through and amp..but too quiet when played acoustic. it's totally a first beginner type guitar..I'm selling it for 100.00 .The amp does not come with it.

I was simply hoping I could find a G C D person who could honestly keep up a nice rhythm and one who loved God..I can play the lead stuff pretty good. Instead ...I found an on fire but humble elderly man who loves God and plays VERY GOOD. He's all over that neck and knows his stuff. Not only is it a blessing to find soeone who plays better than you but it's even more awesome to find a wise older Christian brother...I was doubly blessed.
I need an acoustic but needs to be with good sound, no electric where am taking it ,lol
