Good morning all, hope you have a great week-end and that God will bless you in a mighty way..we are finally in our rainy season and we thank the Lord for the rain as we were about to dry up and blow away..we have many on our prayer list so please keep them in your prayers because God does hear and answers prayers, Amen.[/align][/align]Dear Heavenly Father we bow before you with thankful hearts realizing that you loved us so much that you sent your only Begotten Son to die on that old rugged cross that poor wretched sinners like us might have eternal life in Heaven if we would believe and put our trust in you..we pray for the sick and afflicted that you would heal them if it be thy will..may thy sweet Holy Spirit's presence be felt here this day and souls might be saved and burdens cast down and we''ll thank you in Jesus name,Amen..[/align][/align]7Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.
8And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.

Revelation 22:7-14 kjv.[/align][/align]The Word of God is something each of needs to have everyday. God wants us to not only come to Him when we need something, but learn to apply the truths from His Word on a moment by moment basis as we go through life.I like what the wiseman wrote in proverbs 3:1-7,
"1My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: 2For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.
3Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:
4So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.
5Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
7Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.
[/align]Great verses with some wonderful advice..I know, it's hard for this old weak sinful body to follow someones advice but we need to let go of our ego and rely on God for all things..many times when i have went my way and didn't include God, I failed..look at verse 2..i'm so glad i have that peace deep down in my soul..even in the hard times, that peace is there to help me through the storms of life and He has certainly blessed me with a long life, 78 years and still counting..to him goes all the praise honor and glory..what a wonderful Saviour, Amen!!As our Scripture points us to the fact that Jesus is truly the Alpha and the Omega and He is the Beginning and End and there is no One else we can turn to Who will always be there for His Children. If you have read the book of Revelation, you can see that there are going to be rough times ahead and whether the believer is here or not that is not the question. The real question is: "Are we doing all that we can to live for God in our lives?" Seems relatively easy to answer, but truly is something that can only be answered minute by minute as God's Spirit works within us. dear friends, we never get to old to serve the Lord so let's get out there and join the fight and may souls be saved by our witness..AMEN!!!
[/align]Father we do thank you for your precious Word and i pray that we will heed thy Word and all might draw closer to you..and Father if there is one here today that is lost and hell bound, may this be their day of salvation..In Jesus name and for his sake i pray, Amen..[/align][/align]I am thinking today of that beautiful land
