Tomorrow is the last day of school.The kids are rowdy...I put in Joseph ,King Of Dreams an hour ago...You could hear a pin drop..I've got one Jehovah's Witness in here.They are very attentive.

God is awesome man..we are not allowed to show any videos except for the last 2 days.of school..I brought about 7 ..they wanted to see a Bible one..I was shocked.

I felt a check in my spirit to go ahead and show it. The J.Witness kids have caused problems for me before... but I felt I shoud go for it. I just dropped them off for music...they were really upset I had to pause it..We were at the part where he gives his brothers' grain....I can't believe how well they love the video.Trust me..kids in 2007 are not easily impressed and very hard to keep entertained. I'm bring the Moses one tomorrow..

With the way that we are getting more and more limited with what and how we address spiritual matters in a secular society, sounds like you have found a good oppurtunity. Who knows the dramatic effect that this could potentially have. Don't be surprised if 'ol slewfoot strirs up a little smackers nest for ya!

I hear that..I was shocked because yesterday I showed Slam Dunk Earnest...the kids were saying stuff like ..I'm bored or can I get on the computer...On this movie all their little eyes were glued. I told my wife," Wow! Disney did a darn good job." The movie was about 95% right on Biblically. She said ,"That 's because it 's not a Disney movie."

I thought it was ..She said it was put out by Dream works. Tomorrow I'm going straight to Prince of Egypt...last day of school.

That's great Chuck! My kids love that movie and works well for neices and nephews who don't get much Christian exposure. If you have troubles with those movies you can try Veggie Tales, they have a verse at the end of every show. They are entertaining and biblical. Dave and the Giant Pickle, King George and the Rubber Duck, Lyle the Kindly Viking, are some of my kids favorites. Josh and I really like them to.

I've got all the Veggie tales I do beleive. Katrina..if I get caught showing these movies I could be in trouble..I'm risking this because parents are more involved in wondering if little Johnny passed or not. I do sow seeds in Science and Social Studies but I leave no tracks behind.

Today was funny...As I was starting up the movie I ask the little girl where she knew Joseph from..She said, "Remember, you told us about him in social studies." [8D]Man..they sure do listen good don't they.

That is pretty funny. It's a great thing you are doing, because there are a lot of parents out there like that and some that don't seem to care. I encourage my son to tell his classmates the things he learns from the bible. But I won't lose my job for it. You have a good heart may you glorify God the rest of your days. What grade do you teach again 3rd? Have you done any of the Narnia series with them? I remember when I was in grade school I had a teacher that showed the cartoon The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe after we got done reading the book. I actually found one at a garage sale, it is made by Sesame Workshop The copyright says 2005 Distinguished Productions Inc. and Episcipal Media Center Inc. Atlanta Georgia.

You are correct, Children can legally bring Bibles to school and talk about Christ. Teachers are not allowed to pray or talk about Christ in school. My principal is a Baptist...he konws what I do .

Katrina..I also got a 2nd grade thick math workbook for ya too from a 2nd grade Christain teacher..She holds prayer meetings here 30 min.before school starts. Anyway, I told her about you and she gave me one of her new workbooks to give to ya.

I teach 3rd grade inclusion...regular third grade students mixed with slow learners.

Please tell her thank you for me. I forgot to tell you last night Isaac had math homework and it was a good night. His work was done within a reasonable time limit and he only got frustrated once. It has helped him a lot just to know that help is on the way. So thank you again because I can't thank you enough.
