Default confused

There have been a few choices I have made and felt turely it was God that help me make the right choice. Then when I do make this choice come to find out it wasnt the right one. I have been very confused lately with all these choices if they are right or wrong.

Sometimes we "think" something has gone wrong...when if fact it just hasn't gone quite like we expected it to! Sometimes when we thing we fail, it is really just a lesson to be used latter on in life.

Chin-up. None of this is taking God by surprise and He's allowing it for a reason.

I agree with Soilarch...
Something else Fred. We Christians live by faith and not by sight. There are none of us that can know for sure 24/ 7 that they are walking according to God's will. The Word tellls us that in the last day there will be seducing spirits...now these could be spirit t4eaching through other individuals or spirits coming through media or your own mind..the thoughts that Paul tells us to take captive. When I get direction I make darn sure that it lines up in accordance with God's Word.. This is why it is of utmost importance to saturate yourself with GOd's Word. In my vehicle I lessen to nothing but God's Word...I play the New Testament where ever I go. Knowing God's Word makes it much easier in knowing God's will. The Spirit promiced to lead us into all truth. Also Fred, in seeking God's will you must remember God's promary purpose is to use you to glorify Him and to serve others. If you put that first..all the other things will fall right into place. Matthew 6:33But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Take my word for it. You may not realize that some of the choices you have made were wrong for forty or fifty years.

When you realize that things are not working the way you had hoped, you review and revise your game plan, punt, and start over.

For example the other day I prayed I get this job. I felt it was right to get this job as well. I worked one night (3rd shift). I knew after that night I didnt want to go back. Why didnt God just not let me get the job. I have prayed for other jobs that I really really wanted never really got the job. I did learn something from this out come though.

See you learned something, sometimes God will put you somewhere because He wants you to be a witness to someone. Are you involved in any bible studies or anything? I love bible studies escpecially when there is a group with a wide range of ages. I spend a lot of time with the older ladies at church because there's so many things that they can teach me through their experience. We go to my in-laws every other Friday for bible study and our assistant Pastor and his wife go. They are very laid back and open about things. If there is something that we want to learn about then we just have to say and by the end of the night you have all the verses and understanding that you can handle then you pray that God will open the rest up to youin His time.Keep your eyes on the Father and let Him to continue to mold you. And keep the questions coming!
