God hasn't let me down yet. When I first became a christian He fixed things in my life that I never thought could be fixed. Growing up my mom didn't do so good taking care of us kids. A hard job to do since there were ten of us. At 14 my mom told us she was leaving my dad. That to me was the crushing blow. I had tried for years to be able to talk to my mom. Every time we would get into a huge arguement. In Dec. we went to my mom's for a week and had a great time. She ate dinner with us, spent time with our kids. Not even one little disagreement. Went back in March to help my mom with a scrapbooking project and had a blast.

This is what God taught me, My mom had a lot of guilt from the way she raised us. There were a lot of things that my mom had to face. And she would face them when she could. Our relationship isn't where we would want it yet but we are still working at it. The best part is once I learned that we really got through some roadblocks. Now some of my other siblings are trying to mend their relationship with my mom.

What else did I learn. Anything is possible with the Lord so never underestimate Him.
