I think we all evolve ... everyday... in some ways. But all life coming from a single cell organism, because of a big explosion.... not a chance.

After all, what caused the explosion. Hot gasses?? WHo made the gasses?? You will eventually get back to a point where you have the single smallest factor ( item ) , in the idea of evolution. AND YOU WILL STILL HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE WHO MADE THAT SINGLE ITEM.

Life had to start somewhere, and it began in God.

Beforewe can begin to discussan issue as complicated as evolution, I think you have some serious work to do on grammar, spelling, syntax, capitalization, punctuation, contractionsand sentence composition.

That's not true. We did not evolve from monkeys. We, the great apes, and even the monkeys all evolved from a common ancestor. You may not accept the concept of evolution, that's okay. But please get it straight.

One of the best books I have ever found on the subject is The Genesis Record by Morris. It is a book about creation written by a scientest. It points out some of the HUGE flaws of modern science. Radio-carbon dating and several other things that the base they are established on is totally without foundation if there ever was a world wide flood. <which there was> Also it brings into focus other obvious problems with evolution like where are all the in between steps now? if we have been evolving why are there no in between steps still present. Overall one of the books I have ever read about scripture. If you accept that the first book of the bible is all true then you can accept the rest of it is true. Genesis is a cornerstone for gramatical literal translation of scripture.

It never ceases to amaze me how people will vehemently attack the theory of evolution while at the same time clearly demonstrating that they do not have even the most elementary understanding of what the theory says. However, given the level of English composition displayed by Lacy_94, maybe I should not be so surprised in this case.

There is no geological, archeological or historic evidence that there ever was a world wide flood. On the other hand, there are many sound scientific reasons why such an event would be impossible. The Noah's flood story is nothing more than a a re-telling of a similar tale in the Mesopotamian myth "The Epic of Gilgamesh" which was written down by the Sumnarians about 1,000 years before the Genesis flood story was authored by Hebrewpriests who were in exile in Babylon.
