WOW talk about a confusing place for a non resident.
I have some relatives moving to Wyoming...man, unless I'm reading it wrong that is one expensive place to hunt and the red tape is crazy. Even for a resident..you pay for each different species you plan to hunt. ..and it's not cheap. To hunt it looks like you must be pulled from a lottery.
Ihope Mr. Fish can clarify this for me. The good thing..there is less folks in the entire state of Wyoming than are county.
