I heard Les Feldick say there were 5...I listened and agreed... here's what he used(if memory serves me correct)

Romans 2:16 taken in full text.... read the entire chapter

I just wanted to stop in and say hi Remington .

I haven't talked ot you in a while.

Concerning the gospel...good news .The entire Bible is technically the good news..or shall we say gospel.

As far as the normal look at things..I'll stick with the 4 main ones and continue to call the other Paul's epistleto the Romans.

There is but one true gospel and that is the gospel of Jesus Christ, that He was born of a virgin. lived a sinless life, died for man's sin, was buried and arose from death to be the saviour for those who receive him..

I am just thankful that God's written word is available for me to enjoy, study, and ponder. Sermons are great, hymns are wonderful...but God's word is the bedrock.

That is Paul's Gospel motor.
Christ preached the gospel of the Kingdom and the gospel of reconciliation.

i'm sorry but i dont know how someone could say that romans is a 5th gospel. the word "gospel" means "good news" but that is also what we call the books that describe jesus' life/death/resurrection etc. romans is a letter written by an apostle who never even met jesus.

I met him too.

Face to face..with my eyes open. The best experience I've ever had. I would not trade that experinece for 1 billion dollars.

Paul was speaking to the gentiles as to the parimeters of the gospel , in other words what they should accept as the gospel to the uncircumcision.
The Christ was preaching the gospel to the circumcision that of the Kingdom of heaven, which was his intention to established.
When teh Jews rejected him as messiah a second Gospel was established that of GRace and salvation by Faith, as the apostles wrote.

The Gospel of the kingdom is already been preached again to the Jews, for whom it was intended and as Jesus said " This Gospel of the Kingdom shall bepreached to all the world and then
the end".
