Not sure if this is the right way to do this, but....
I'd like to put in a prayer request for my long-time hunting buddy and friend Josh and his wife Sarah. Sarah was taken to the OR Friday Night for a C-section of their twin girls that are only 25weeks along. Both babies are on ventilators, but are actually doing fairly well, all things considered. These two little angles arrived at only 1#6oz. and 1#9oz. My GOD look down and bless these little angels and this family as they have 3 more little ones at home, and are extremely stressed. If you guys could just ask theGOOD LORD to look over this family, and bless them with good fortune and strength during their time of need.
Hey, OHbowhntr. I will be praying for the babies and the well being of the parents also. And if I may give a word here.... God can work miracles with these little ones. I have an adopted son, who was born at 23 weeks gestation. He had some big time problems at birth, and has had heart surgery, Neurosurgery, bilateral inguinal hernia surgery, and tubes in his ears. He is now 22 months old, and is a healthy boy who is full of love and as happy as can be. He has been a wonderful blessing to my wife and I. I was there praying over him since the day of his birth, and I know how God blessed my son and took wonderful care of him, and He can do that for your friend's baby girls. Just stay in the FAITH. Recieve that blessing, and God is faithful.
A little update, I saw these precious little angels tonight, and my eyes filled with tears. They are so, so very tiny. I cannot imagine the stresses and worries ahead for my buddy and his wife. I've talked with another friend who owns a bar & grill, and we are planning on trying to have some sort of benefit dinner with an auction and maybe a raffle. Keep these little angels and their parents in your prayers, there are many, many challenges ahead for all of them. God Bless those of you who've already prayed, and please keep these tiny babies on your minds. In my career as a nurse, and my entire life, I've never seen such a tiny fragile little being, but they move, and wiggle around, and one of them even opened her eyes a little today. Taylor and Olivia need our prayers to continue and develop into two more of God's Angels of our Earth.
Will lift them up. A friend had their little girl 8 months ago and she was under 2 pounds. She is now around 16 pounds and doing great. We prayed very much for her before she was born and the Lord blessed. Will pray for these little ones and the entire family as well.
