Default I ask for your prayers

I have not often done this and am usually a quiet reserved person even with my close friends as to my problems. But, I have been faced with some health issues and I'm at the end of my rope. I have informed a few close friends in our men's ministry at church for prayer and I feel that many of you guys that I have learned from I can come to y'all for prayer.

Just to try and make this short, let me give a brief back ground. I am 40 years old and growing up I was very athelitic and in great shape. I played football, basketball, and track. I went to college for track and basketball.

When I was in the 10th grade, I herinated 3 disk in my neck during a football game and that ended my football career. Now, they pinch the nerves in my neck and "stow" me up about every 3 months. The doctors have said they don't want to do surgery b/c there are 3 disk in a row, so I get spinal injections once a month, which has helped some.

Then about 11 years ago, I woke up one morning very dizzy and light headed. After several test over a few months, they could not find out any problem other than my O2 count in my brain is low. This has continued 24/7 365 days/year ever since. I take some medicine each day and it minimizes them symptoms. I am now with another doctor and he thinks he can help. I pray he can, cause it gives me a "sea sick" feeling everyday.

Lastly now is my cholestrol was about 180 and over the last year it shot up to 270. After several test, they found my liver is acting up and my body is possibly creating more cholestrol than normal. I have never drank alcohol nor smoked or used drugs. I have always been in very good shape up until the last 4 years.

Please pray that the doctors will find out the problems and that the problems can be corrected. I am tired of living with these issues. However, when I look at other peoples problems, it makes mine seem small and thus I often don't pray for mine.

The bottom line is that no matter what the outcome is, I want God to get all the glory. Thank you for your prayers.

You have my prayers brother. I have two herniated discs in my own neck so I can somewhat relate to your problem there.

I can relate, also , to the disc problems. I have 2 in my neck, and 1 in my lower back. Occasionally they give me some problems, but not as consistently as yours. I will be glad to pray for your health issues, and I am hopeful for your recovery.

Atc, I'll pray for you as soon as I attach this post. I've faced a couple of the issues you brought up and currently have some other health issues I'm dealing with. We're here for you brother and we'll continue to pray for you.

Num 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

Isa 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

Red letters in my Bible means that Jesus said it.

I will pray for you but I wanted you to see something that I know will work. Are a you Christian man, and believe in the Bible as the holy word of God? Will you try this? Read these passages of scriptures again out loud, think about them, meditate on them!

The mountainsare your herniated disks, O2 levels too high, and high cholesterol. I would ask you to speak to these OUT LOUD as though they are listening and tell them to be cast into the sea, to be removed from your body. Apply Mark 11:23 and 24 as your guide.

This has to work because its God's Word. I will believe with you and you will receive your healing, if you believe.
