Well, don't be upset, for God knows the score, and with God as your judge, your need worry no more!

Do not be quick with your mouth, do not be hasty in your heart to utter anything before God. God is in heaven and you are on earth, so let your words be few. Ecclesiastes 5:2

Today evaluate the critical remarks that come your way. Sort, keep what helps, and throw the rest away. Be Christlike in your spoken words...and those left unspoken."
