Default free will

I am not sure if this is right God gives us free will am I right or not? God has our life all planed out am I right or not? He knows who will marry, how many kids we will have, where we will work, when we will die. Have you ever questioned the way your life was going when growning up. There are days when I am scared that I dont know where I will end up one day. Like where will I work, will I marry, etc. I try and trust in God.

Deer, God gave free will, look what happened to Adam and Eve. It all depends on who you use that free will to obey.

Romans 8:28 tells you the answer you are looking for deer hunter. Key phrase is "love him". To love is to give, to give is to deny oneselve for him.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

We have free will in the sense we freely (voluntarily) will whatever we have both the desire and ability to do. God influences us by circumstances, thoughts, and power so we become voluntarily willing to fulfill His will. Perhaps a better phrase than "free will" is "voluntary will."

The story is told about the members of a church who got into a squabble over the issue of predestination and free will..as the controversy raged, the people separated, going to opposite sides of the auditorium..one mandidn't know which group to join, so he slipped into the predestination crowd, but he didn't stay long..someone asked him," who sent you here?""no one he replied, i came of my own free will." the angry responce was, "What, you can't be one of us and talk that way." and quickly he was shoved across the aisle..now he was questioned about his joining the free will crowd..when he said , "I was forced over here," they indigently shouted, "get out, you can't join us unless you choose to do so."this poor man was shut out from his brothers and sisters in Christ because they were fighting over over a problem that's beyond the full grasp of man's mind..

Deerhunter
did you say "God has our life all planed out " ? I don't think that is ture. Otherwise there would not be "free will" that He has given us.

The fact that GOD knows the path an outcome of our life does not mean He has planned it. We choose our path and God just is able to know the path we will choose.

Do you see the difference?

The day you accept and obeyChrist, you will totally understand! Right nowSatan knows you are weak in faith and keeps giving you these thoughts to win you over to his side.
