Default 1 John

hey all you Bible scholar's ,,I just started a bible study on 1 John,,,does anybody havesome good material or a web site I could check-out

First John is one of my all time favorite books. I gave all me Bible commentaries away but here is a couple of things I remember learning about one of my favorite books.

1. As far as readability 1 John is written on a 3rd grade level..{ Meaning that most words are only one syllable}

2. It is a wonderful assurance books. Note how many "We know" there are and take note of what "We know."

Thanks motor and Reb,,Matthew Henry is a good one ,,,I actually printed this one off the internet eariler today..Its got a few big five dollar words in it ,,but I think i can get through it ok[&:]
