Default Devil and his "generals"

Ok, preacher gave us this tonight. How true!

Devil is seeingthe power of God moving in a particular church. He ofcourse wants to stop it. "There are too many getting saved over there" he tells his top 3 generals. What can we do?

General #1-- Tell them Hell doesn't exist.

Devil-- No. That won't work. They've heard it all their life. They know it's in the Bible. That'll never work.

General #2-- Tell them Heaven doesn't exist.

Devil-- No. That'll never work either. They've heard it all their life. They know it's in the Bible. It'll never work either.

General #3-- Tell them there's no hurry. They've got plenty of time to get saved. Just NOT today. Maybe tomorrow.

Devil--(ponders a moment)That's perfect. That'll work. Let's go!

Brothers and sisters, tomorrow is not promised. Nor is your next breath. Today is the day of Salvation!

BM

Absolutely true Billy!

Along the same lines, here's another one I thought of . . .

Satan thinks that too many people will read the Bible and believe it, so he needs to discredit it. Soooo, he decides to attack the very first verse in the Bible because if it isn't true, then none of the rest of it can be trusted either.. The first verse of course is, "In the beginning, God created the Heavens and the Earth."

And so, the evolutionary lie was born.
