Default So, what did you ge tfor Christmas?

We all had agreed to be cheap this year As we opened up our presents we soon learned our boys broke the rules and spent too much.

Andrew got my wife andI one of those digital video cameras to download video clips. So maybe I can demopnstrate catching a Florida bass on here or play you all a song on my guitar..The manual is difficult so I hope Lyn can figure the thing out. I also got a Walmart gift card and I may use part of that to buy a Remiington Turkey shotgun. Matt got me some new bass seats for my boat and my wife got me a new wedding band because the other one got messed up. Lot's of neat odds in ends like tennis balls, free bowling games and guitar strings.

The boys are all here and we plan on playing a game of RISK soon.Lyn is stuffing a turkey.

Im reading my Bible through this year VERY slowly for understanding. When I come across things I don't understand I plan to post them. I counted 10 generations from Adam to Noah. Later on I'm going to figure out the years it was between Adam and the flood. I do have some questions already which I will post in another thread. My questions will not be questions that I already know the answer. They will be sincere questions where I honestly don't have a clue.
God bless

PS Qustions that my professors could not answer in Bible college.

RISK!!!???? I've spent the last two days playing that game with my mom's family. Classic.

Well, of interest to the outdoors minded would be a pair of chest waders for flyfishing and hopefully some waterfowl. Second would be a knife made by a man in my church. Its beautiful, stout and has an antler handle from a deer he no doubt harvested himself. It's been good, hope your's finishes as good as it started!!!

I got a lot of stuff, but the best present I got was from my youngest son Josh. He bought me the Duck Gun I've been wanting. It's the old model120 Winchester 12 Ga. pump... It's in mint condition. They don't make that gun anymore, and I've been looking for one. It's the same as the model 1200 from back in the 60's.

Well, I got about half my family together for gift exchange and Christmas dinner. . . .theres about 30 of us now so that is a blessing. I got some time off. Most of all we got blessed that Isaac is still above ground.
Of course theres the stuff . . .I got a compound bow (nothing fancy), deep fryer, fishing tackle (looks like someone wants me to take up fishing), pocket knife, enough socks and Old Spice to last a lifetime.
Most of all I am able to see all my kids together, well and happy. Praise God!!

I got plenty too. My favorite one in the new Bushnell binoculars I asked my wife for. No more fogging, not being able to see in low light, etc., etc., etc. These are good ones and I might just give them a test hunt later today (the 26th)! As usual, I got plenty of hunting related gifts (how did they know???) We had my folks and my wife's family. Everyone of her siblings that came brought additional family and friends that are unrelated to us and we thought that was great. We have a large house and it was filled with people eating, laughing and having a great time as well celebrated the birth of our Saviour. One of those here that I didn't know was a young man that was supposed to ship out last Saturday for the Persian Gulf. When he got to the naval air station, they told him to come back Wednesday, so it was neat being able to give him a good send off.
