Dear Friends,
Reb and I are meeting next Thursday for a buffet lunch at a great place...12:00 If you can make it I'd love to treat ya. The place is 3 miles off of I-4 and about 15 miles north of Tampa, Florida,

C ay Thursday..at 12:00 PM .If any other fellow Floridians would liketo come and have a buffet lunch on me please feel free to come. Very simple directions. Three miles off of I-4... about 15 miles north of Tampa.

Hey..I've been doing good lately...knocked off my first 20 pounds. Man...it comes off really slow once you turn 50 s
