I thiught Jim had a wonderful idea. The first 3 folks who request 1 year of prayer has it..you can be covered through 2007.

So far, I'm already praying for MtHand's daughter, Strut and family, Knightia{ Mr. Fish}, Cowboy, Michael, and Houston

You will get prayer bracelets for my left arm.

There is a wonderful bond when you commit to pray for someone..In a sense you got their back, you are anticipating wonderful things to happen..and by faith wonderful things do happen. Strut and I have grown to be almost family. Mrl Fish e-mails me and I see God working in his heart.
Prayer is very powerful.

I'm likin' the idea about bands or some tool to help remember and keep people in prayer. I'm sooo bad about forgetting that. Heart's there....my mind just laggs behind. I've tried prayer "lists" but they usually end up getting so long they become useless. I'll go ahead and thank you again and in advance Chuck. And I'm working on taking some pictures for that sharpening stuff. Still not sure exactly what the confusion is (that's confusion on MY part mostly). I'll make a little tutorial and see if that clears things up.

I've changed my mind about the sharpening jig. I figured something out by looking at the jig. I have different grades of whet stones. I simply put my knife in a vise and use my oiled whet stone as I would a file. It came out pretty nice. The problem is, is keeping the same bevel and having your knife locked down.This helps alot.

As far as the prayer bracelets...they are also a great witnessing too.I've lost count of how many people ask me why I'm wearing them on my wrist. So I explain to them about prayer and how wonderful God is. My memory has gone to pot so I honestly do have to have a memory aid.

Pray for the people on this forum that there eyes be open to the Lord and that they Lisin to what is said instead of the first thing is jump right in and start typing.

Chuck, I don't totally understand your request. Would you like me to pray for you daily?? or did you want me to pray for the request daily? If so I don't feel comfortable praying for request daily. People are fine though.. I actually ask God to help this morning in praying for my regulars. I don't want to pray the same thing daily. I feel funny doing that.INsted I gave God thanks individually for what he is doing in your lives. Let me know if you want to be put on my heart for daily prayer. I don't have a problem praying for peole daily. I do believe in praying for people one by one daily and calling out their name .
