Default Dabow rides again

Well the Lord blessed me in many ways the past several weeks. I was able to take this fine ten point and two mature does so far. Along the way i got to know better a fine Christian couple who let me hunt their farm. While driving there I believe the Holy Spirit cautioned me to watch out for a certain car and sure enough it tried to run me off the road. If not for his guidance I may have been badly injured. Than while trying to clear some shooting lanes back on my property I broke off a branch that shot a projectile into my eye. I was convinced for several minutes that I had indeed poked out my left eye. It turned out to be a minor injury but I feel very blessed to still have my sight in that eye. That same day I also managed to fall on a barbed wire fence and inbed an one inch thorn into my scalp. Still in one piece I will return to the woods in a few days.........dabow

Glad to hear your ok Don. I had an accident yeterday messing up my left knee. I couldn't stand this morning. God has healed me as well. His mercies are new every morning and great is His faithfulness.

Awesome buck Don.

That's a good one dabow! He would make a nice mount, but you might want to ask your wife to actually drive the nail when you get it back from the taxidermist's -- ya know being all "accident prone" and all!!!

Great job of the deer and I'm glad the Lord took care of you!

Good buck and maybe you need to pay a little more attention to that AFLAC duck!Don't feel like the Lone Ranger--I got a herniated disc in my back wednesday, lifting a heavy tree at work and missed hunting this Thanksgiving weekend--and it hurts like the Charles Dickens! I may need surgery, but am opting for treatment for the time being.
