Good job bro. I am proud of you.

I think the big ole buck I was chasing got it by a gun hunter. I am going to try again in the morning before I have to take care of work. Thats the nice thing about having my office of the woods. If I was a gun hunter, I could have filled my tag the first day. We have a feeder 125 yards in from of our office. And I have several tree stands around the property. I was just trying to get that monster buck I saw on opening day of bow season, now I am out for MEAT!.. I was hoping to get a turkey too. They are eveywhere until season opens. ..
Don't worry about the knife, I'll get it to you in time for Christmas.

You really did have a great season Renfrow. I went to the swamp this evening . Wind blowing 90 to nothing all evening. Cold and I did'nt have enough clothes on. Just kept seeing the same doe walking circles past my stand. Right at dark I figured she was it and I took her.

Each year that passes, I wear more clothes... In few years, I'm going to have to give up bow hunting. Too much clothes to climb into a tree, and getting too fat.

Not to mention a bladder that wants to be emptied every 30 minutes.[&:]

Congrats Renfro on a great season. I've had another good one myself, but doubt that anyone in my state ever tags out -- We're allowed 10 does and 2 bucks with each weapon (bow, ML and modern firearms) and that total starts over if we go into another region! In addition to that, 5 counties allow you to take unlimited does and then there's always the military installations which let you take up to 5 additional deer! I've taken 3 does and 2 bucks and my freezer was overfilled with the 4th one. I'm giving away the deer now and won't take another one unless I have someone to take it. I have 2 people waiting right now for one and I hope to take 2 large bucks for those guys!
