I don't care about the details of your faith. If Jesus is your Lord, if Jesus saved you from your sin and payed your debt I ask that you would lift my friends heart to his throne and ask that Him to do what He loves to do. Heal.
I've been talking alot with one of my good friends from high school lately. Basically, I've been her motivator and accountability partner in her fight against anorexia. Tonight I just got off the phone with her...it was a rough one. She started the semester out at either 83 or 86 pounds. I started talking with her and praying for her a few weeks afterwards. She is/was doing great. There's been a few bumps in the road but she's been a trooper until tonight. This morning she wieght 100lbs!!!!! As exciting as that is for you or me it horrified her because she feels like she's losing control. For the first time I honestly ran out of things to say tonight, I'm a nursing major and on top of that I've had your general run-of-the-mill psychology classes and have listened to numerous cassettes, CDs and read books (all by christian authors) dealing with the how God sees us, how to overcome depression and other 'psychological' illness, how to encourage brethren, how to veiw people in the unconditional Light that Jesus does...and so on...and so on. Tonight I ran out of things to say. And my heart broke all over again because she's hurting, she's scared and she's ready to throw the towel in. Pray. Please Pray. Not for a supernatural appetite, not for anything other than Jesus would reveal to her how He feels towards her. The driving passion He has for her. The desire that drove Him to the cross. The completeness that only comes from knowing our identity in our Father's heart. The Love by which all creation was made and is being sustained. Please Pray.

Brother I WILL pray for a supernatural appetite and that the father will lay his hand upon her and to heal her mind and her body. I have a sister a year ago was 180 pounds and now she is down to 86 pounds. So forgive me But I will be praying for supernature appetite and a healing of the mind.
Lord I pray that you lay you're healing hand upon her and heal body and mind and soul.
by the blood of the lamb I ask this and rejoice in the knowlege that it is done by you're will not by mind.

Prayers will be lifted up for her. I need the opposite prayer. My son is helping me. I pay 20.00 each time I eat any time except lunch and dinner.
It was tough today but I know if I don't get a handle on it I will die.
I know God will touch your friends life. I've seen alot of prayer answered lately. We are expecting agreat report.

She's doing much better today guys, thank you. She's back to her usual self again and ready to make progress/making progress. (This stuff is day-by-day.) Last night wasn't the same girl on the phone I've talked with before. Please still keep her in your prayers.
