I can't beleave this it is snowing here they say it is the earlyest snow in 100 years/ At least it is not sticking but SNOW..

All the ear marks of a good winter. I hope it gets at least down to the low thirtys here for more than a day or two.

Today was the first cold one in my part of the midwest....felt good

But it'll probably "cool" again tomorrow, with my luck at least.

It was nearly 80 degrees Tuesday evening when I could hunt. Stayed warm over night too. I had to qualify at the range Wednesday and couldn't hunt that evening or the next morning. NOW the cool weather arrives . . . and GUESS who has to go back to work?!?!? [:@]

It figures.

Interesting perspective. I hope it at least gets up to the low thirtys here for more than just a few days. Upper 20's and low 30's would be a warm winter here. I hate the cold more and more with every year and I'm beginning to detest snow. Though I never used to, I now understand why my parents looked forward to a couple months in Florida during the winter. Here's to everyone getting the type of winter they enjoy!

Same here- & for me anyways i think im getting old er.

So im hoping for lotsa snow pack in the mtns- cool nites& 60-to 70 degree days all yr round
