Reb, I would say three, possibly more.

In Mathew Scripture says Mary Magdalene and the other Mary.

In Mark it says Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome.

In Luke it says Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James. and the other women with them who told these things to the apostles.

In John it speaks of Mary Magdalene only.

Yep! Which verse is correct?

Matthew 28:1
In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.
Mark 16:1
And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had brought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him.
John 20:1
The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.
Summary: John says one, Matthew two, Mark three. Luke is too vague to bother quoting.

All three versions are correct..there are no contradictions in the bible..
in Matthew 27:55, it says "and many women were there beholding afar off, which followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering unto him." we don't know whoall of themwere and they could have been there and just were not mentioned by name..
