Get yourself some good Christian music tapes and get them going in your home first thing. Listen to good Christian music in your automobile or Christian radio station. THE BATTLE IS IN YOUR MIND. And above all things let the Word of God richly dwell in you. You will then be blessed with a capital B.

Ephesians 5:18And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
19Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;

Col. 3:16Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
17And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

God loves you Fred and so do we. Hell is real my friend.Flee from sin.Yield yourself to the spirit of grace. Come as you are and ask God to help you overcome sin and He will.

One of my favorite portions of scripture Reb. I was in a bad way once and pounded on a Christain families door for help. They gave me a Bible to look at.while sitting at their kitchen table,I opened to that portion of scripture and was immensely blessed as soon as I read the first 3 to 4 verses. His Word is so powerful.
