Love that verse. You have a good one too brother. Crab legs were on sale here for 3.99 a pound. I'll be steaming up 11 pounds of them. Jumbo size too.[8D]

Sorry Reb,
Just saw the post brother...Alaskan Crab legs, Winn Dixie, Large. been 3.99 for the last 5 days. My son bought some 3 days ago and we steamed them up for 30 minutes. OH MY... good stuff. So me and the misses stopped by and bought 11 pounds for dinner tomorrow. Winn Dixie is close ot our school. Normally they ae 8.99 a pound. At 3.99 we can't sit still Big boys too. I use my large channel locks to open the claws. [8D] Actually my smaller ones would have worked but my shed is a wreck..I can't find them. My wife handed me the big onesto put awaytoday. I said ,"No dear, we will be using them tomorrow." yum yum

I worked at a seafood reastaurant in Maryland. I know how to do seafood.
WhenI have others steam them at Winn Dixie I say " I want them so seasoned that I can't touch them." The cajon or old bay really doesn't penetrate that much but it does help.and yes garlic butter too. I keep the legs out of the water { For they are truly steamed} and layer the legs with a generous amount of Old Bay. We have a big ole corn pot . We have no lid for her so we cover with foil.Once the water is boiling we cook covered between 25 and 30 mnutes on choo choo train steam. Meanwhile we have some garlic butter on low staying hot.
Good stuff man.
