Hey everyone,
I received news tonight that my girlfriends brother was in a serious car accident. Two broken femurs, broken pelvis, burst spleen, torn uretha, broken ribs, collapsed lungs, and bad head trauma. They are most concerned with the head trauma. Please pray for him, Keith, and his family. They've gone through a lot lately andare having a hard time. Thanks so much. I'll keep you posted.
Thanks for your prayers everyone. Keith is starting to stabilize, and the swelling of his brain is going down. The doctors said his brain has to be stable for 7 days before they can take him off of life support so please pray that those 7 days come and go quickly. I also have another prayer request. I overheard a convo today at a restaurant about the accident and asked the people what they knew about it. This lady was the first one on the scene and told me what happened and what she saw. Her story is completely different than what the other passenger told me. Keith can't speak so no one knows what really happened. But I do know that there are some very bad people involved. And it has to do with drugs. Its a very bad situation right now and I dont want to get into detail, but if we bring up this contradiction it could put keiths mom and sister in great danger. Please pray that something works out. Im so nervous I'm actually afraid to post details. Thanks again and I'll try to keep you posted.
Just thought I'd let you guys know how Keith is doing. The word from the doctors is that they are amazed by how fast he is recovering. Everything is way ahead of schedule and it looks like he should have a full recovery even though it might take awhile. The prayers truly helped him. And its actually got my girlfriend more interested in God, and she wants to start going to church. So that in itself is a blessing. Once again thanks. The power of prayer can never be underestimated.
Dear Heavenly Father and Lord,
We lift up Keith in this time of need. We ask for your healing hand upon his body and that you will bring a rapid recovery.
We also ask that your glory shine through this situation upon all that are that are involved.May your mercy, be a witness to your unending and everlasting love.
If he be unsaved we ask that the scales be removed from his eyes that he may see. And that he will come to know you through this trying time.
We believe O Lord, that what the devil meant for bad, can be turn into good, to glorify your name...
