Default Your last good action

When was the last time you did some good action and explain
I cant remember anyone i did in the last year or even more. Maybe im just bad. I do not push people that owe my money for example, but i dont think thats a good action. A good action would be like giving your last smoke to the fellow that asks you in the street or so.

My dear friend.
Christians are full of good actions because of teh one who lives in us. His Spirit works through us to glorify God. We are instructed in God's Word not to blow our own trumpet but I'll give you some examples that I'm confident that all Christians do daily.
1. They read their Bible
2 . They pray.
3, They over look alot of offensives as they seek peace.
4. They resist the devil when tempted.
5. They drive to the glory of God completely stopping at stop signs and staying within9 MPH of the speed limit.[8D]
6. They put their shopping cart back.
7. They hold doors open for anyone.
8. They smile at anyone and not just folks of their own race.
9. They do their best not to gossip. Tough one.
10. They don't watch garbage on TV.
11. They stay away from Porn sites.
12. They are moderate drinkers or total abstainers of alcohol.
13. They don't listen to fifthy jokes or even laugh at them.
14. They obey the hunting and fishing laws ...period.
15. They remember to thank God before all meals.
16. They do not hoard up material wealth. They are content.
17. They praise God more than asking request.
18. They know their Bibles well.
19. They are givers. When they see aneed they do their best to help instead of saying "God bless you be in peace." They are an answered prayer.
20. They are full of encouraging words daily...hoping for an opportunity to share Christ.
Mu dear friend...they can't help but to do good. They are new creatures born again. They have the mind of Christ.

All of the above, what Chuck said, and they don't tell anyone about it.. The Bible instructs us to do those things in secret.

Well i think it would be nice to show the things. An action has an effect. If we all do good things that will make others to do the same. If we see people doing something good, that makes us feel bad, because we think we could have done that just the same minute, of course others will just laugh or say your an idiot. But to help people and show them that you care, makes the other to thing, and then they care about someone too. And so on. Most of the thing on your list are selfish. They are all for you. You read the bible just for you, you dont see porn because of you, all things are just for you.

I mean good actions for others. Doing good. Opening the door for someone is one of them

Gal 2:16
Knowing that a man is not justified by theworks of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by theworks of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

Futhermore:

Eph 2:8
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: itis the gift of God:

Eph 2:9
Not of works, lest any man should boast.

ktbearpaws beat me to it. We are NOT justified by our works, but they should be evidence of true salvation. Boasting about them tends to defeat the good you did in doing them.
