The Church is alive, and well in Cuba, as it is in China, and other politically oppressed nations. Sadly, many of so called "free nations" pocess the greatest amounts of God Haters per capita. Perhaps if one was considering a mission trip they would serve God better by preaching the true Gospel in places like America, Europe, and Israel. The churches, and synagouges should be the first stop.
Alex, I have 6 friends that go every year to visit their families and 4 friends that go 3 or 4times a year to visitthe church missions. The church that I attend supports missions in Cuba and 99% of the congregation(over 300 hundred)are Anglos.

Since we started 2 churches in Cuba 2 years ago, we have people that travel in regularly, many miracles have taken place in the services and people are flocking into the churches these days.
We will be having the opportunity to open other churches in other areas, or if Fifo is dead maybe the whole Island.
Despite what other people might say, it is very difficult to preach the gospel in Cuba , at last count 80 pastors were Jailed, and many Jehova witnesses are also jailed.

The men and women that go from our church are Independent Baptist, but my other friends who go are Catholic.
They all wear the Santa Barbara and the Caridad Del Cobre gold metals. The first thing when I met my wife was I had to get rid of the Caridad Del Cobre gold metal. My largest gold metal was Santa Barbara. I was never Catholic, as a baby I was baptized Methodist and all my younger life I lived bymy method. In 1966 I was baptized Baptist and that was 40yrs ago and have been attending church that long without fail.
