You are on a horse, galloping at a constant speed. On your right side is
sharp drop off, and on your left side is an elephant traveling at the same
speed as you. Directly in front of you is a galloping kangaroo and your
horse is unable to overtake it. Behind you is a lion running at the same
speed as you and the Kangaroo. What must you do to safely get out of this
highly dangerous situation?
I'm leaving the answer off for now. I want to see what kind of creative answers you guys(and gals)have...

I need more info. If the sharp dropoff is only 1 or 2 feet, well I'll ride off of that. The elephant is traveling the same speed I am but is he traveling in the same direction? If not I'll just wait until we pass each other and then turn that way. And I want to know where this is all taking place. Kangaroos are not often found in the same habitat as lions and hefalumps.

Put your head between your legs.

Well I don't know what the "right" answer is but I do know that this is a "hunting" and religion forum. Sheesh, shoot the kangaroo and let the lion get distracted by eating it!
