Adam and Eve the only ones God created??

Looking on the web for information about twin flames and came across a page that refered to Adam and Eve being twin flames...But what caught my eye that I haven't really noticed before was this... How could of they been the only ones at this time?????

15And the LORD said to him, "Therefore, whoever kills Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold." And the LORD set a mark on Cain, lest anyone finding him should kill him.

The bible says Adam and Eve had many children. It also records that people lived to extraordinarily ( by our standards today) long lives. It also never says how old Cain and Abel were when Cain killed Abel. Therefore, the people who Cain was protected by the mark from were his many brothers.
