yes it is good, we have always cooked one on the forth of july, little greasy but very good.., so far my wife says there ain't much i wont eat, hold the fat jokes boys,every time we go to the cajun resturant i ask for blackened nutria,

then when they say they don't have it i'll just tell'em "ya know this ood be a good place fer a cajun restrunt"

mt you are so right when you say it isn't a real Cajun resteraunt, Cajuns eat everything that flys, swims, crawls or walks! The great thing is they cook it well!

we raise goats and yes they are good to eat..to me they taste a lot like venison in fact i butchered one this winter..

I figured they must have tasted a little like venison since Jaocb tricked Issac into thinking he was eating venison. If we ever get some land my wife wants to raise some goats.

Goat and Lamb are my favorites even more then Elk Steak.
