How Great Thou Art

"24 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;
25 Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;
26 And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;
27 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:" Acts 17:24-27 KJV.
In my reading this morning i came across these verses and it immediately came to my mind, what a wonderful God we serve..first it tells us God created all that there is and then he goes on to say although there are many beautiful temples in the world, God does not live there but lives within our hearts.."Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you." 1 Corin.3:16 KJV. you know it is very evident today that man is trying to worship God with worldly things such as huge multi million dollar buildings, idols and statutes..The true God is not worshipped this way, we must worship him in spirit and in truth..if we would just realize that all good things come from Him..yes even the next breathe you take comes from the wonderful grace and mercy of God..oh yes, i know, He sometimes puts mountains in our path and yes the storm clouds at times blot out the sunshine in our lives but we must keep our faith in him. He said I will never leave you nor forsake you..what a wonderful promise that is to know He is there, just a prayer away..so when you feel down and out and nothing can cure your problem, remember these words.."My grace is sufficient for thee."
and boy aren't you glad that He is no respctor of persons? He loves us all with the same undying love, so much that He sent his Son to die on an old rugged cross..praise his holy name!!!!!!!!! there is no excuse for ignoance towards God.remember the Psalmist wrote, "The heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament shows his handywork..oh yes He is there and He is waiting and wanting us to reach out to him, and put our trust in him and let him be LORD of our life..
if you have never been born again, why don't you do it today.tomorrow may be too late..it don't matter how mean and ornery you been, the blood of Jesus Christ can and will cleanse you from all sin and give you a new outlook on lfe..
