reb, mine still runs great, but it is need of a bunch of attention, my biggest concern, the brakes and steering, i think something is broken in the steering box, i can barely turn to the left going forward, and if you back and have the wheel cut to the left, the left wheel will pivot, and yank the wheel out of your hand or break fingers[:-], the left tire will be turned at about a 45+ degree angle and the right will only be 15-20 degrees, i talked with a guy that works on older tractors 8n's 135's and the like, basically what he was telling me is that when i fix everything i'll have 3500$ in a 3500$ tractor, i am going to try and fix it back up, i really like the tractor, its diesel and i can bush-hog forever on 5 gallons of diesel, plus having a second tractor around will really be handy for, discing and seeding, and cutting down on changeing implements out. but yea, i got to keep the 3000, it has been a great tractor,
i believe your 2000 is in a little better shape than mine, you sheet-metal still looks good, mine needs everything sheet-metal wise[:-]

M T Hands, I couldn't be any happier if that tractor was mine. You made a great choich. I have two tractors, both Kubotas, the old one is 23 years old and it is still going strong.
It looks as though God has Shined on you and blessed you and yours.
BTW doesn't the 4wd make it seem like you could climb the side of the barn if you had a mind to lol.
May God continue to Bless you and yours.
Rebel Hog, I agree, diesel is the ONLY way to go when buying a tractor....now if we can just work on the color so that it is Kubota orange lol.
God Bless you all.
Thanks
Mr-pirk

yea!!! but please don't let the misses catch wind of that[:-], on the back of our property it drops off pretty quick, 900ft. in about 3 miles down to the lake, i think one of the signs going off the back side of the mountain says 17 deg. i know my brakes get warm when i take the boat down that way[:-]
