I've always been of the impression that animals won't be present in Heaven. They have no souls, cannot be saved and therefor have no way to get there--not to mention how many of them there might be!
However, in the last few years, I've hearda fewpreachers and some other well-respected theological leaders say that they are no longer so dogmatic in their beliefs about this and that some animals might actually be there.
I'd sure love to see my yellow lab, Buck, again -- and I still doubt I will, but I'd be interested in some others thoughts on this.

The Millenian {The Bible says the lion shall lie down with the Lamb and a child playing by a poisoness snake. I believe in the 1000 year reign there will be animals.
This of course is MHO.
The Lion is a picture of Jesus Christ. He is the Lion of Judah. He will lie down with His lamb, who is a picture of the Church. Now animals in Heaven????. There will be a new Heaven, and a new Earth.....Sounds promising.
I find this very amusing, how do you know animals dont have a soul?
IMHO every living thing has a soul otherwise it would not be living.
Plus god put the animals here for us for food and clothing as well as other things.
So what you are saying is that when we pass from this world to the next we are going to be vegetians and run around naked.

This is the only scripture i have ever found that makes me think there there will be no animals in Heaven..he says the beasts will perish but his soul will be redeemed..

only man is made in the image of God (Genesis 1:26) with the power of free choice (Joshua 24:15). So according to the Bible, man is the only part of creation to which salvation can be offered to be accepted or rejected.
But you know it really won't matter because the Bible says I'll be satisfied..
