My pastor told me not to go looking for women. Let them come to you. I have done that havent had to much luck. Had a few but didnt like them. Is this really the way to get a girl? I am not very social so when I go out to places have a hardtime talking with the ladies. What your thoughts on the subject?

Honestly, you sound like you have your hands full with school. A smart man would finish school and get thier life in order and thier spirital life and then worry about that. But I wasn't a smart man. But like my grandpa used to say, if your going to be dumb, better be tough.

Seriously, I can see a woman making your college work much more challenging. I am getting married again June 10th. I am mid 30's. Why push something like I did and end up married to someone you shouldn't be.

Read those scriptures I gave you. Seek God's will. And I assure you, if you have a job and can support a lady, they come running.

I know this guy I used to work with, who never had luck with girls, but he was the best darn c++ coder in the business. Well we both started a company that was a start up. He turned into a multimillionare. He retired at 33, has a Farrari, and already on wife number 2. Maybe bad example. But you get my drift.

DH, God gives you one "wife of your youth". Allow God to place her in your path, and He will. Remember young man, that marriage is forever, meaning that you are given one true wife. I have been married to the same gal for 26 years. What God joins together let no man put assunder.

Up until 1966 (26yrs old) I was the biggest Hell raiser on earth, nothing that you are doing comes close to what I was.
A close friend set me up with a Christian girl as a Prank. She was 19 and I was 26.Well, I have been married to her 40yrs now. The Only one who could havesent her into my life, Is Jesus Christ!
We would go on dates to the park and she would read from the Bible and show me the Truth that Christ promised us. Well,I immediatelystarted to go to the Church she was a member of and I believed the passages she had read to me, I repented, I confessed and was baptized. A year later we were married at the same Church, 40yrs ago and I have never looked back!
Cheer up my friend, the Lord knows when it's time for you as HE did with me!

So then there is hope fo rme yet RH? I am 37 years old am in search of Christ. I was raised as a Methodist and was very active in church. During my teen years I slipped away and I am currently missing my relationship with the lord. I know that he has never left my side it is just that I left his and need to find my way back to him.

I have all of the material things in life.I have three beautiful ( not perfect) children.I too am on my second marriage and question my relationship on numerous occassions but will not leave because I did take an oath before God. However, my lifefeels not complete and I know what is missing and only I can fix it.
