Can anyone bring any meaning to Samson?

I was reading thru this and I just don't get it. Is God trying to communicate something with the story? Or just a ploy to destroy philistines?

Awesome story Mark,

One thing for certain..We can see how the verse in Romans 8 :28 works."And we know that ALL things work together for good to them tha tlove God.,to them who are called accordin gto His purpose."IN the Old Testament I've understand that those with God's favor had two things happen...
1. Prosperity
2. Victory over their enemies.
Although Samson got away from God ..God still used Him mightily.{For HIs purpose}Samson is found in the book of Judges and God sure enough used Samson to judge the Phillistines.

Also To stay true to God's commandments had he obeyed God and not go for prohibited flesh, he would not have being captured.
Also It teaches what repentance can do and that is to bring us back to God, even in the last Moments of our lifes.
These are Just a few of The lessons in the life of Samson.
