Default Righteousness through Faith, not the Law

Leviticus 20:17(New International Version)
17 " 'If a man marries his sister, the daughter of either his father or his mother, and they have sexual relations, it is a disgrace. They must be cut off before the eyes of their people. He has dishonored his sister and will be held responsible.

Genesis 20:11-13(New International Version)
11 Abraham replied, "I said to myself, 'There is surely no fear of God in this place, and they will kill me because of my wife.' 12 Besides, she really is my sister, the daughter of my father though not of my mother; and she became my wife. 13 And when God had me wander from my father's household, I said to her, 'This is how you can show your love to me: Everywhere we go, say of me, "He is my brother." ' "

I found this interesting. It further reinforces the message Paul taught.

Thanks
Mr-Pirk

Default RE: Righteousness through Faith, not the Law

were there is no law there is no sin.
romans 4:15
. In reality the Law produces wrath, but where there is no law, neither is there any transgression.
5:13
For until the Law sin was in the world, but sin is not charged against anyone when there is no law.
